We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Automation Platform Specialist to support a global enterprise marketing technology team. This role focuses on managing, optimizing, and modernizing a global email infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on marketing automation platform migrations and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Management & Operations :

- Manage user configurations, data feeds, segmentation logic, email program setup, asset management, and reporting

- Ensure platform governance, data quality, email compliance, and infrastructure integrity

Migration & Integration :

- Lead end-to-end migration projects between marketing automation or analytics systems

- Handle platform consolidation, data pipeline transitions, asset migration, field mapping, QA, and validation

- Collaborate with IT, data engineering, privacy, and enterprise marketing teams

- Document migration frameworks, timelines, risks, and post-migration optimization

Analytics & Reporting :

- Build dashboards and automated reports using Domo or similar BI tools

- Support performance tracking across campaigns, nurture journeys, data flows, and conversion pathways

- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across systems

MarTech Stack Execution & Support :

1. Support execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives using :

- Oracle Eloqua (Primary)

- Domo (Analytics)

- CRM platforms (Salesforce plus)

- Data enrichment, email validation, and compliance tools

- CDP or data orchestration platforms (preferred)

2. Partner with campaign managers, field marketing, demand generation, and digital teams

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Act as a dedicated support resource for marketing stakeholders during and after platform integration

- Provide training, documentation, and troubleshooting support to global and regional teams

- Manage requests via ticketing systems and maintain SLA commitments

Qualifications & Experience Required :

- 4- 8 years of experience in email marketing automation, MarTech, or marketing operations

- Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus)

- Experience with platform migrations, integrations, and data flow optimization

- Working knowledge of Domo or similar analytics/BI tools

- Understanding of end-to-end B2B marketing operations (segmentation, lead routing, scoring, compliance)

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently in a contractor model across time zones

- Excellent communication, documentation, and attention to detail

Preferred :

- Experience supporting global or enterprise marketing environments

- Exposure to technology or security-focused domains (nice to have)

- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM

- Familiarity with email deliverability and infrastructure (DKIM, SPF, DMARC)
