Elevate is seeking a Senior Software Engineer AI/ML to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional programmer with over 5 years' of experience in opensource programming languages, data science and ML

- Specifically, the Senior Software Engineer AI/ML will be involved in :

1. LLM Workflow Design : Architect and implement endtoend LLM workflows, including prompt engineering, chaining, orchestration, and output parsing using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom pipelines.

2. Agentic System Development : Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of tool use, multistep reasoning, memory management, and dynamic decisionmaking using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

3. RAG Pipeline Engineering : Develop and optimize RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) pipelines including document ingestion, chunking strategies, embedding generation, retrieval tuning, and response synthesis to deliver accurate, contextaware outputs.

4. Vector Database Management : Implement and manage vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector) for semantic search, similarity retrieval, and longterm knowledge storage in AI applications.

5. Model FineTuning : Finetune pretrained LLMs using techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, and RLHF on domainspecific datasets to improve task performance and alignment.

6. Model Deployment : Deploy LLMs and AI systems in production environments, ensuring scalability, low latency, and reliability using serving frameworks like vLLM, TGI, or cloudnative solutions.

7. Embedding Utilization : Design and optimize embedding pipelines for semantic search, document retrieval, and contextual applications.

8. Collaborate on Project Requirements : Work with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and clients to define AI system objectives, data requirements, and output benchmarks.

9. Solution Architecture : Design scalable AI solution architectures that integrate LLMs, agents, knowledge bases, and downstream systems to meet enterprise requirements.

10. Continuous Learning : Stay current with rapidly evolving LLM research, tooling, and best practices through active participation in the AI/ML community.

Essential experience and skills :

- 5+ years of experience as a developer/Sr developer

- ProblemSolving : The ability to approach complex problems systematically and come up with effective solutions.

- Communication : Clear communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and collaborating with global team members.

- Teamwork : Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams comprising machine learning engineers, data scientists, software developers, and possibly domain experts.

- Critical Thinking : Capacity to critique existing methods and theories and propose improvements or alternatives.

- Ethical Awareness : Given that GPT and similar technologies can have farreaching societal impacts, an understanding of the ethical implications is important.

- Adaptability : Machine learning and NLP are rapidly evolving fields, so a willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and technologies is crucial.

- Attention to Detail : With machine learning models, small changes can sometimes have big impacts, so careful attention to detail is critical.

Technical skills :

- LLM Frameworks & Orchestration : Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar frameworks for building LLMpowered workflows, chains, and pipelines.

- Agentic AI Systems : Experience building multiagent systems with tool use, memory, planning, and orchestration using frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom agent loops.

- RAG & Knowledge Pipelines : Strong understanding of RAG architecture including chunking, embedding models, retrieval strategies (dense, sparse, hybrid), reranking, and context injection.

- Vector Databases : Handson experience with vector stores such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus, or pgvector for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.

- Model FineTuning : Practical knowledge of finetuning techniques including LoRA, QLoRA, instruction tuning, and LHF/RLAIF, with experience using HuggingFace Transformers or similar tooling.

- Machine Learning & Deep Learning : Strong foundation in ML algorithms, Transformer
architectures, attention mechanisms, and optimization techniques.

- Natural Language Processing (NLP) : Knowledge of NLP techniques, text representation, tokenization, and language model behavior.

- Programming Languages : Proficiency in Python.

- ML Libraries & Frameworks : Experience with PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, and LangChain.

- Cloud & MLOps : Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML infrastructure including model registries, CI/CD for ML, and observability/monitoring of AI systems.

- Data Manipulation & Analysis : Proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, and largescale data processing tools for dataset curation and preprocessing.

- Version Control : Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

- B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S degree/Any in Computer Science and Electronics or related field
