About the job :

Element Technologies is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engagement Manager to lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow programs and client engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong project and program management experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex ServiceNow implementations successfully.

Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects, from initiation through post-deployment support.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, ITIL standards, and organisational governance frameworks.

- Track project performance against KPIs and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.

- Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports.

- Manage client expectations and drive strong, long-term client relationships.

- Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and issues.

- Define and implement mitigation strategies to minimise impact.

- Handle escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolution.

- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and functional consultants.

- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Mentor junior project managers and ensure compliance with delivery and governance standards.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of overall IT project/program management experience.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience managing ServiceNow projects, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations.

- Experience in creating and managing project reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.

- Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications (Preferred / Mandatory) :

- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) - Mandatory.

- ServiceNow CIS certification(s) - Preferred.

- PMP certification - Preferred.
