Role Overview :


We are seeking an experienced Cisco Developer with deep expertise in network security, firewall deployment, Cisco technologies, and DC migration support. The role requires strong hands-on technical capabilities and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and customer teams.


Key Responsibilities (KRA) :


- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Cisco-based network security solutions


- Deploy and manage Cisco FMC and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense environments


- Handle end-to-end firewall setup, configuration, rule deployment, and optimization


- Troubleshoot complex network and firewall issues for high-availability environments


- Support data center migration projects from planning to execution


- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions


- Provide on-site technical support and serve as the primary customer-facing expert


- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders for network solution delivery


- Ensure compliance with enterprise security frameworks and industry standards


- Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and change control records


Skillsets Required :


- Strong hands-on expertise in Cisco FMC, Cisco FTD, and Cisco firewall technologies


- Certification: CCNA and CCNP (Networking & Security)


- Proficiency in firewall deployment, monitoring, and advanced troubleshooting


- Deep understanding of networking protocols, routing, switching, VPNs, ACLs, NAT, and IPS/IDS


- Experience supporting or leading DC migration initiatives


- Ability to work in customer-facing on-site roles with excellent communication skills


- Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities for complex network ecosystems


- Experience collaborating across cross-functional engineering and customer teams


- Knowledge of network automation or scripting is an added advantage.
