- Hands-on experience with SoCs (System on Chips), Microcontrollers and CMOS Image Sensors.

- Design specialized power management circuits for camera modules and radar sensors ensuring EMI/EMC compliance (CISPR 25 standards).

Tactical Sourcing & Cost Optimization :

Local Sourcing Excellence :

- Identify and vet local Indian vendors for passive components, connectors, and PCBs to minimize dependency on expensive imports.

BOM Engineering :

- Conduct "Pluses and Minuses" analysis on different design topologies (e.g., Integrated vs. Discrete) to present the most cost-effective solution to the OEM.

Design to Series Production (DFM/DFA) :

- Own the transition from Alpha/Beta Prototypes to Series Production (SOP).

- Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to ensure high yields in high-volume Indian manufacturing plants.

- Work with Quality teams to define End-of-Line (EOL) testing procedures for sensor calibration.

Required Technical Skills :

- Tools : Expert in Altium Designer (preferred), Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics.

- Hardware : Experience with SoCs

- Protocols : Deep knowledge of CAN, CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet, and I2C/SPI.

- Testing : Proficiency in using Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Vector CAN alyzerfor hardware validation.

Qualifications :

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (M.Tech preferred).

- 4 - 6 years of solid experience, preferrable at least 2 years specifically in ADAS/ARAS or Vision Systems.

- Proven track record of taking at least one automotive electronic product from concept to SOP (Start of Production).
