We are looking for a skilled eLearning Developer with hands-on experience in Articulate Storyline 360, including the use of JavaScript to create interactive and dynamic learning modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and be capable of delivering engaging digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-quality eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.

- Implement JavaScript to enhance interactivity and functionality within Storyline.

- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and translate them into effective eLearning content.

- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize Storyline files for performance and compatibility.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and features in eLearning development tools and technology.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript as applied within Storyline.

- Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration.

- Good understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

- Familiarity with audio/video editing.

- Prior experience working in a corporate learning or training environment.
