Elanco - Team Lead - SAP Ariba Module

Role Overview :

This role involves leading SAP Ariba implementations, managing integrations with SAP MM, and overseeing RICEFW developments.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on SAP Ariba expertise, and the ability to drive large-scale enterprise procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee and manage a team of SAP consultants (functional and technical).

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP Ariba with SAP MM and backend ERP systems.

- Oversee the development of RICEFW objects.

- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables while managing risks and timelines.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and performance management for the team.

- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and governance policies.

- Drive change management and user adoption initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Solid experience with SAP MM and RICEFW components.

- Proven leadership experience in managing SAP teams and projects.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide long-term scalable solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with cloud procurement platforms.

- PMP or SAP certification in Ariba is a plus
