Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Maven to support automation testing efforts for Salesforce applications.

- Automate test scenarios for Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud journeys, campaigns, and personalisation use cases.

- Perform API testing for integrations using REST/SOAP services and ensure data is being transferred correctly between Salesforce and other systems.

- Conduct data validation, regression testing, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce platforms to ensure product quality.

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design testing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring prompt resolutions.

- Continuously improve test automation strategies, frameworks, and processes to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness in testing.

- Support the integration of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git for automated test execution and deployment processes.

- Participate in Agile sprints, providing testing estimates, and actively engaging in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

- Track and report defects using defect tracking tools, ensuring that issues are documented, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 6+ years of experience in QA automation with a strong focus on Java and automation frameworks.

- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) and Marketing Cloud Personalisation (MCP).

- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud testing.

- Strong knowledge of Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Maven for test automation.

- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and validating integrations between Salesforce and other systems.

- Proficient in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git) for continuous integration and test automation.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Strong experience with defect tracking tools and test management platforms.
