Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with 5+ years of experience in Java development and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with JSF (JavaServer Faces).

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, J2EE, SQL, and Tomcat.

The candidate must be comfortable working in a small team, contributing to hands-on development, and supporting business activities beyond regular development tasks.

Total Experience : 8+ years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.

- Develop and maintain web applications using JSF (JavaServer Faces).

- Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable application components using established coding standards and best practices.

- Work with Hibernate and SQL to manage database interactions, optimize queries, and ensure efficient data processing.

- Deploy, configure, and support applications running on Apache Tomcat.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and stability.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and application maintenance activities.

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver solutions within agreed timelines.

- Support business activities and operational requirements in addition to core development responsibilities.

- Work effectively in a small team environment, taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Overall 8+ years of experience in senior Java development roles.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with JSF (JavaServer Faces).

- Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.

- Hands-on experience with Hibernate and SQL.

- Good understanding of application deployment and server management using Apache Tomcat.

- Strong coding, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.

- Willingness to work in the UK shift.

- Willingness to handle business support activities alongside development tasks.
