Role Summary :

We are looking for a Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer to design, build, and deliver end to end field service solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in FSL configuration, customization, and integrations, along with the ability to lead technical teams and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to optimize field service operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce FSL Development :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning.

- Configure and customize :

- Work Orders & Service Appointments.

- Service Territories & Scheduling Policies.

- Assigned & Mobile Workforce.

- Skills, Absences, and Capacity Planning.

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Flows.

- Create automation using Flow Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.

Field Service Functional Capabilities :

- Implement and optimize :

- Intelligent Scheduling & Optimization.

- Field Service Mobile App (iOS/Android).

- Offline Data Sync & Mobile Configurations.

- Work Order Lifecycle and Dispatch Console.

- Support use cases for industries such as Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecom, Energy, Healthcare, and Logistics.

Integrations & Data Management :

- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft (preferred).

- Integrate Salesforce FSL with :

- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.

- IoT platforms.

- Inventory & Asset Management systems.

- Handle data migration and synchronization using Data Loader, ETL tools, and APIs.

Leadership & Delivery (Lead Role) :

- Lead technical architecture, development, and design reviews.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams.

- Estimate effort, plan sprints, manage risks, and ensure delivery quality.

- Enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance.

DevOps & Quality :

- Implement DevOps processes using Git, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines.

- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployment planning.

- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Salesforce Skills :

- Strong experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning.

- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow Builder.

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce security (OWD, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).

- Experience with Salesforce Mobile configurations and offline capabilities.

Domain & Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of field service operations and workforce management.

- Experience with complex scheduling, optimization, and dispatching.

- Solid integration and data management experience.

- Familiarity with Salesforce governor limits and performance tuning.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

Salesforce Certifications :

- Field Service Lightning Accredited Professional.

- Platform Developer I / II.

- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.

- Salesforce Technical Architect (for Lead role).

- Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
