Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Functional Consultant with expertise in QAD to support our clients in optimizing their ERP systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, implement ERP systems, and provide post-go-live support.

Total Experience : 5 - 8 years

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- 7+ years of hands-on experience with QAD ERP systems.

- In-depth knowledge of production, inventory management, procurement, and supply chain operations.

- Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Production, Materials Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Finance.

- Proven ability to implement ERP systems end-to-end, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Experience in data migration from legacy systems to ERP solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on QAD, across various manufacturing processes.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their operations and business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions for process improvements.

- Configure ERP systems, particularly QAD, to meet the specific needs of the client and customize modules to align with business processes.

- Assist in the planning, mapping, and execution of data migration from legacy systems to QAD ERP systems.

- Provide end-user training and develop documentation to ensure efficient use of the ERP system.

- Analyze and identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing manufacturing processes using ERP functionalities.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring ERP projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Preferred Skills :

- Expertise in QAD ERP.

- Knowledge of other manufacturing ERPs such as Progress4GL, OpenEdge ABL, JAVA, typescript, SAP, Oracle, or Infor is an advantage.

- Experience in ERP integration with other systems such as MES, PLM, and CRM.

- Certification in QAD or relevant ERP systems is a plus.
