Job Description :

- Candidate must have hands on experience with the BMC Helix Development (including Integration) and/or ITSM tools.

- Experience with BMC Remedy design, configuration, set up, development, support of BMC Helix.

- Extract & import foundational data as needed in support of ITSM application modules e.g. Incident, Change, Problem, SRM etc.

- Must have Experience in CMDB, should be able to create and customize classes as well as understand the CDM and its relationships.

- Experience developing, configuring and managing Spoon jobs.

- Configuration and customization of Asset Management.

- Hands on experience on enhancement of Remedy Applications with ability to modify existing workflows.

- Well versed with workflow objects and their customization.

- Must have carried out integration with third party applications using webservices, REST etc.

- Must be aware of best development practice in terms of quality and performance.

- Good to have knowledge of BMC Dashboard and PWA.

- Basic SQL Knowledge.

- Document and analyze user and functional requirements and translate into technical requirements.

- Self starter and good decision making skills.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Customer interface Experience & excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Good understanding of ITIL concept.

- Ability to work in a high pressure environment, meet deadlines, and simultaneously develop, deploy and coordinate multiple projects
