Role Overview :

As an EIS PLM Functional Consultant, you will serve as the bridge between complex technical architecture and business process requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and key stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy Windchill and Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM solutions that drive engineering efficiency.

Your day-to-day involves translating intricate business needs into functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration between PLM and project management platforms, and troubleshooting system bottlenecks to ensure high-performance delivery for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Windchill environments to align with specific client engineering workflows and product data management standards.

- Integrate Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM with existing PLM frameworks to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into project timelines and resource allocation.

- Analyze business requirements to develop functional design documents that guide technical development teams in building scalable solutions.

- Conduct system testing and user acceptance training to ensure that the implemented modules meet performance benchmarks and operational goals.

- Resolve functional gaps and technical constraints within the Windchill ecosystem to maintain system integrity and data accuracy for end-users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in managing Windchill PLM implementations and Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM configurations.

- Possess a deep understanding of Windchill customization, including the ability to map complex engineering change processes to system functionalities.

- Exhibit strong analytical skills to translate abstract business challenges into actionable technical configurations within an EIS environment.

- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, including project managers, engineering leads, and technical developers, to ensure project alignment.

- Adapt to dynamic project environments in metro locations, maintaining a high degree of professional autonomy while working on-site or in hybrid setups.

- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering or Information Technology, complemented by a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.
