Role Description :

This is a full-time role for a Lead SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test).

The Lead SDET will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, leading the testing strategy, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our products.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior SDETs, and driving continuous improvements in test processes.

This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, and offers the flexibility to work from home part of the week.

Qualifications :

- Strong experience in test automation, test scripting, and test framework development.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.

- Thorough understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.

- Familiarity with performance testing and security testing.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience in AI or machine learning domains is a plus.
