About The Team :

We're looking for a Full Stack Lead Engineer to lead the development of customer-facing analytics dashboards with self-service authoring capabilities.

In this role, you'll guide a small team of engineers, drive end-to-end technical execution, and collaborate with global product, design, and data teams to build intuitive, high-performance analytics experiences.

What You'll Do :

- Build modern, scalable UIs using React and TypeScript for rich data visualization and authoring workflows.

- Design and deliver backend services and APIs in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).

- Lead and mentor a small team of full stack engineers, ensuring high technical standards and code quality.

- Collaborate with cross-geo product managers, designers, and data engineers to bring analytics concepts to life.

- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across the full stack.

What You'll Bring :

- 6 or more years of full-stack development experience with strong expertise in React and Python.

- Proven experience building complex, customer-facing applications or analytics dashboards.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and frontend-backend integration.

- Experience with data visualization frameworks (e., D3.js, Recharts, Plotly).

- Hands-on with SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and modern CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring engineers and driving technical direction.
