About The Data Platform Team :

The Data Platform team forms the backbone of our data infrastructure, responsible for building and maintaining the mission-critical systems that power our entire organization.

We manage sophisticated synchronization frameworks that ingest data from a wide variety of integrations at scale supporting both API-based and file-based sources with seamless reliability.

Our expertise lies in efficiently modeling, storing, and processing massive volumes of data while ensuring optimal performance and system resilience.

Leveraging AWS messaging infrastructure, we power high-throughput data processing that supports every core product and analytics pipeline across the company.

The platforms we build are foundational to our AI/ML initiatives and business intelligence efforts. We are driven by a commitment to creating scalable, reliable data solutions that fuel innovation and accelerate business growth.

As a member of the Data Platform team, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies to solve complex data challenges and make a direct impact on the success of every product and data-driven initiative in the company.

What Youll Own & Drive :

- Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for ATS and HRIS integrations, including simplification of customer implementations.

- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams with strong technical leadership across levels.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and DevOps to deliver secure and scalable systems.

- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance across hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.

- Hire, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent while fostering a world-class culture.

- Provide hands-on leadership for strategic technology initiatives and key product/platform areas.

- Own the full product and technology lifecyclefrom architecture and design to deployment and business impact.

- Be comfortable diving deep into architecture and code, including conducting code reviews and contributing to development as needed.

What You Bring :

- Minimum 10+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years leading high-scale teams.

- Deep expertise in cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.

- Proven track record in building and scaling secure, reliable platforms.

- We actively use LLMs and Generative AI tools in our workflows experience in this area is a strong advantage.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and partner across engineering and business functions.

- Bonus : Experience in building ingestion and data frameworks at scale using AWS.

- Demonstrated success in building high-caliber teams and cultivating a thriving engineering culture.

- A cross-functional mindset with a bias for execution and delivering end-to-end outcomes.
