About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and a passion for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications. You will play a crucial role in the entire software development lifecycle, working closely with development teams to deliver robust and high-performing solutions to our clients.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

- Actively participate in the full lifecycle application development process, demonstrating a strong understanding of both STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies.

- Gain hands-on experience in testing both Web and Mobile Applications, including functional, non-functional, and regression testing.

- Take ownership of conceiving, designing, writing, and executing comprehensive test cases to validate software functionality against requirements.

- Accurately capture, document, and track defects using a designated defect tracking system, ensuring clear and concise reporting.

- Be responsible for thoroughly testing the User Interface (UI), underlying database integrity, and overall process functionality of applications.

- Ensure the smooth and seamless integration of new or updated software components with existing systems, identifying and resolving any integration issues.

- Maintain and adhere to all relevant industry standards and compliance regulations throughout the testing process.

- Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Be prepared to demonstrate tested software to clients as required, effectively communicating test results and system functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software testing.

- Proven experience in testing Web and Mobile Applications.

- Solid understanding and practical application of STLC and SDLC.

- Proficiency in designing and executing test cases.

- Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps).

- Ability to test UI, database, and process functionalities effectively.

- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and participation in ceremonies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright).

- Basic understanding of SQL queries for database validation.

- Experience with performance or security testing
