Key Responsibilities :
Project Leadership & Execution :
- Direct management of system integration projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.
- Lead the planning, execution, and control of multiple major impact projects simultaneously, utilizing proven project management methodologies.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and project activities simultaneously while consistently meeting established deadlines.
Governance & Process Management :
- Work extensively within the defined project governance structure (methodology, required templates, and reporting standards).
- Ensure all projects adhere to established organizational processes and quality standards.
- Utilize strong process development skills to learn, understand, interpret, document, and formalize new or existing procedures, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Perform strong process and gap analysis skills to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement within project lifecycles and existing business operations.
Stakeholder & Communication Management :
- Manage stakeholder expectations and priorities effectively, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business sponsors, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Demonstrated experience with working with business users to gather and document comprehensive business requirements, translating them into actionable project artifacts (e.g., functional specifications, user stories).
Skills & Environment :
- Exhibit excellent project management skills, w/ the ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating appropriately when necessary.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation and provide regular, transparent status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Experience :
- 10+ Years in a dedicated Project Management role, specifically managing complex IT and/or Information Architecture projects.
Project Management :
- Extensive experience with planning, managing, and tracking multiple major impact projects.
- Proven track record in the direct management of system integration projects.
Methodology :
- Deep experience working within a formal project governance structure (e.g., Waterfall, Agile/Scrum) and utilizing required templates and reporting mechanisms.
Analysis :
- Strong proficiency in process and gap analysis.
Communication :
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Business Acumen :
- Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements from diverse user groups.
Preferred Qualifications :
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in the Information Architecture (IA), Content Strategy, or Digital Asset Management (DAM) domains.
- Familiarity with contemporary project management software (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project)
