Experience : 5+ Years.

Location : Chennai.

Job Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain Unix/Linux servers.

- Perform regular system backups, patch updates, and performance tuning.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.

- Automate routine tasks using shell scripting.

- Ensure system availability and reliability.

- Work with other IT teams to support application deployments.

- Document procedures and system configurations.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5 years of experience in Unix/Linux system administration.

- Strong knowledge of RedHat, CentOS, or similar distributions.

- Experience with shell scripting (bash, ksh, etc.

- Familiarity with server hardware, storage systems, and network basics.

- Knowledge of tools like Nagios, Ansible, or similar is a plus.

- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
