Key Responsibilities :


- IT Infrastructure Management:

- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot office networks, servers, and workstations.


- User Support:

- Provide technical assistance to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.


- Security & Compliance:

- Implement cybersecurity measures, manage access controls, and ensure data security across systems.


- Hardware & Software Maintenance:

- Install, update, and maintain IT equipment, software licenses, and system configurations.


- Vendor Coordination:

- Work closely with external vendors for procurement, repairs, and IT service contracts.


- Office Administration:

- Manage IT assets, set up new workstations, and support remote/hybrid work setups.


- Backup & Recovery:

- Ensure regular data backups and uphold disaster recovery protocols.


- Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain updated IT documentation and provide regular reports on system performance and issues.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.


- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration or office IT support.


- Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.


- Experience with networking, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud-based platforms.


- Good understanding of IT security practices and troubleshooting methodologies.


- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with Google Workspace and Office 365 administration.


- Prior experience managing IT in a corporate environment.
