Job Title : Lead Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities :
- Position and articulate the value of our products to customers seeking monitoring and performance management solutions.
- Conduct product installations, configurations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Fine-tune and troubleshoot customer environments to ensure optimal solution performance.
- Generate and present detailed reports showcasing solution value in addressing critical business challenges.
- Provide proactive customer support and engagement to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and suggest product enhancements.
- Manage customer projects end-to-end including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in troubleshooting and customer engagement.
Required Skillsets :
- Hands-on experience in Application, Server, or Database support.
- Strong knowledge of performance monitoring and management tools.
- Exposure to projects involving application/server/database performance tuning.
- Proficiency in Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare and deliver technical reports and solution presentations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple customer engagements.
