EDQ/Integration Developer

Job Title : EDQ / Integration Developer (Oracle SQL & PL/SQL)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EDQ and Integration Developer with strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing interfaces for importing data from feeder systems, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms. This role requires collaboration with onsite and offshore teams, with strong communication and leadership skills to drive project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Integration & Development :

- Understand and analyze data feeds from various feeder systems.

- Design, build, and implement robust interfaces for importing and validating large-scale data.

- Utilize APIs and mass data loading features to enable efficient data migration and integration.

Application Configuration & Offshore Collaboration :

- Work closely with offshore team resources to identify and delegate configuration and development tasks.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance monitoring for offshore resources.

- Ensure timely completion of development activities and adherence to project milestones.

Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with onsite functional leads, project architects, and project managers to align technical solutions with business requirements.

- Track and report weekly status updates, including resource utilization, progress, and time expended.

- Identify, assess, and proactively communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.

- Represent offshore team deliverables and technical discussions in client-facing meetings.

Documentation & Communication :

- Maintain high-quality documentation for technical designs, interface specifications, and development processes.

- Deliver clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication across global teams.

- Ensure alignment between technical execution and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

- Proven expertise in EDQ (Enterprise Data Quality) and integration development.

- Solid understanding of data import, migration, and API-based integrations.

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact effectively with clients and distributed teams.

- Demonstrated ability to lead offshore teams, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

- Experience in reporting project status, managing risks/issues, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
