Position Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in AppExchange security reviews and Agentforce to build next-generation AI-powered CRM solutions for higher education institutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder

- Lead AppExchange security review preparations and ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards

- Implement and optimize Agentforce solutions for intelligent automation

- Architect scalable integrations with external AI systems and educational platforms

- Mentor junior developers and drive technical best practices

- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Ensure CRUD/FLS enforcement, SOQL optimization, and security best practices

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

- Must have : Experience with Salesforce AppExchange security review process and successful app submissions

- Must have : Hands-on experience with Agentforce implementation and configuration

- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and field-level security

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices

- Salesforce certifications : Platform Developer I & II (required), additional certifications preferred

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in EdTech or higher education domain

- Knowledge of AI/ML integration with Salesforce (Einstein, external AI APIs)

- Experience with managed packages and ISV development

- Understanding of compliance requirements (FERPA, SOC 2)

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with US-based clients
