About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced EDMCS Consultant to join our Finance Transformation practice. In this role, you will help organizations define and execute Finance and Global Business Services strategies. You will work in dynamic environments supporting transformation initiatives across strategy, operations, process design, and technology to enable modern finance functions.

The ideal candidate will independently deliver high-quality work within defined timelines and, when required, mentor junior team members and collaborate with onsite/offshore stakeholders to understand and implement functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define and implement sustainable Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) strategies

- Lead or significantly contribute to the design and development of enterprise-wide MDM applications

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

- Plan delivery activities and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks

- Support solution design, configuration, and implementation of EDMCS

- Develop materials for sales pursuits and support proof-of-concepts

- Demonstrate solution prototypes and facilitate training sessions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive finance transformation initiatives

Practice Overview :

The Finance Transformation practice delivers digital finance strategies, financial planning & analysis solutions, and enterprise performance technologies. The team adopts a holistic approach by integrating strategy development, process design, and technology enablement to help organizations achieve sustainable growth, cost optimization, and effective risk management.

Required Qualifications (Must Have) :

- 4- 6 years of experience supporting Master Data Management (MDM) applications

- Familiarity with ERP, EPM, and BI tools

- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and MDM best practices

- Exposure to cloud-based SaaS or PaaS platforms

- Understanding of business workflows and change management processes

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Application registration, node types, and user access management in EDMCS

2. Custom validations and property logic derivations

3. Data governance setup and metadata management

4. Imports/exports and Oracle Cloud EPM integration

5. EDMCS default adopters and subscription models

6. Automation tools such as EPM Automate and REST APIs

7. Migration from DRM to EDMCS

8. Migration from on-premises to cloud environments

Good to Have :

- Experience supporting or assisting in EDMCS implementations

- Strong understanding of metadata management processes in downstream systems such as ERP, EPBCS, FCCS

- Experience in master data application migration from on-premises to cloud

Education :

- BE / B.Tech or equivalent degree from an accredited university
