Key Responsibilities :
- Design and Implement EDI Integrations : Architect and deploy scalable EDI solutions using Boomi, connecting ERP, sales, logistics, and analytics platforms across multiple business units.
- Configure, Test, and Maintain Integrations : Build, test, and support EDI processes (e.g., X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON), ensuring seamless data exchange with trading partners and internal systems.
- Centralize EDI Management : Develop and manage EDI profiles, trading partner setups, document mapping, and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN).
- Master Data Management : Aggregate and harmonize customer and business data from multiple systems to create unified golden records and enable a 360-degree customer view.
- Analytics Integration : Support data integration with analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake) to enable real-time business insights.
- Troubleshoot and Optimize : Monitor EDI transactions, resolve mapping and transmission errors, and drive continuous improvement of integration processes.
- Documentation and Training : Develop comprehensive documentation for EDI processes and provide training to IT staff and business users.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business, IT, and trading partners to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Standards : Ensure all EDI implementations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., X12, EDIFACT, GDPR).
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with EDI implementation and integration platforms (Boomi required; experience with IBM Sterling, webMethods, or similar is an asset).
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON) and mapping tools.
- Experience with communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, VANs) and API integration.
- Proven track record in designing, deploying, and maintaining EDI solutions in complex, multi-system environments.
- Experience with master data management and analytics integration preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries is an asset.
Eligibility Requirements :
- Must be a Canadian Permanent Resident, Citizen, or hold an Open Work Permit.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 3 days per week from our Saint John, NB office
