The Role :

We are looking for a bug buster for our platforms & products, who has an eye for detail, and can comprehensively evaluate user journeys, and tear-down applications across platforms to ensure smooth functioning and best experience for the end user.

Every major revision and/or addition of features will be routed to this individual for quality assessment and will only be launched once he/ she gives the go ahead!.

Responsibilities & Job Overview :

- Work with product, business and engineering teams to ensure we are implementing features that meets the customer requirements.

- Design, review and contribute on test plans, test cases, test scenarios, scripts and procedures.

- Guide, Develop and manage standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules, strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.

- Reporting, follow-up, Bug tracking and risks and escalations management.

- Ensure all reporting is succinct, yet includes all necessary details for replication and timely resolution.

- Constantly look for ways to improve the existing products to make them more reliable.

- Be aware of the latest testing techniques, strategies, testing tools/test frameworks.

- Ensure no unnoticed bug goes out in production.

- Be customer centric and actively help resolve all customer related issues.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology or related fields.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing for web and mobile applications, and API testing through postman.

- Good experience working in Agile teams.

- Experience working and testing NoSQL DBs like MongoDB.

- Innovative, creative, proactive, self-motivated, high energy traits with excellent written and verbal communication and team-work skills.

- Ability to work under deadlines with heavy workloads.
