The eCommerce CMS & SEO Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the companys digital commerce platforms. This role ensures smooth website operations, accurate catalog updates, effective SEO implementation, and timely resolution of technical issues. The position requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams to support ongoing enhancements, promotions, and platform upgrades.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and update CMS content, product catalogs, and digital assets across eCommerce platforms.

- Apply SEO best practices, monitor performance metrics, and analyze site analytics to improve visibility and user engagement.

- Resolve tickets related to website performance, checkout issues, product display errors, and third-party integrations.

- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to support promotions, campaigns, and website enhancements.

- Assist with platform upgrades, quality testing, and rollout of new features.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar systems.

- Hands-on experience with OroCommerce is required.

- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).

- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals.

- Excellent troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
