Job Description :

As a Newgen ECM Specialist, your role will involve architecting, implementing, and optimizing solutions using Newgen One, iBPS, OmniFlow, and OmniDocs. You will have the opportunity to design and deploy end-to-end BPM solutions, configure and customize workflows, integrate OmniDocs with enterprise systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize performance, ensure compliance, and provide technical leadership and support for ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy end-to-end BPM solutions using Newgen modules

- Configure and customize workflows to streamline business operations

- Integrate OmniDocs with enterprise systems for secure document handling

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions

- Optimize performance and ensure compliance across Newgen implementations

- Provide technical leadership and support for ongoing enhancements

Qualifications Required :

- Proficiency in Newgen One Platform

- Experience with Newgen iBPS (Intelligent Business Process Suite)

- Familiarity with Newgen OmniFlow (Workflow Automation)

- Knowledge of Newgen OmniDocs (Document Management System)
