Working hours : 4 to 8 hrs/day


Job Description :


We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant with strong experience in integrations between Oracle EBS and Workday systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing data flows between EBS HRMS and Workday using a combination of APIs, custom development, and middleware platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


- Design, develop, and maintain outbound integrations from Oracle EBS HRMS to Workday using :


1. Concurrent programs


2. Custom PL/SQL scripts

3. BI Publisher reports and file-based extracts

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft)

- Support real-time and batch-based integrations for time-sensitive HR events (e.g., hires, terminations, payroll).

- Work on inbound integrations from Workday to Oracle EBS, using :


1. Staging tables


2. Custom interface tables


3. API-based ingestion or file-load utilities

- Configure and manage OIC agents and secure connectivity between on-prem EBS and cloud-based systems.

- Develop custom APIs or expose Oracle functions via OIC for real-time communication.

- Handle data transformation, validation, error handling, and logging in middleware pipelines.

- Work collaboratively with functional HR teams and Workday developers to ensure data consistency and alignment across systems.


Required Skills :


- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS (R12) technical components (Fast Formula, APIs, Interface Tables, Concurrent Programs).

- Expertise in PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports.

- Experience integrating with Workday using EIB, REST/SOAP APIs, or Workday Studio.

- Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware tools (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato).

- Understanding of data mapping, error resolution, and scheduling integrations.

- Ability to handle end-to-end integration lifecycle including documentation, deployment, and support.
