- Develop end-to-end solutions for customer-facing platforms, taking ownership of front-end, back-end, integration, testing, and deploy implementation.

- Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and best practice guidelines.

- Participate in refinements, plannings, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Follow CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable code deployment and frequent releases.

- Identify new ways of solving problems and optimize performance at scale.

- Partner with product managers and designers to rapidly prototype and deliver new features.

Basic Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of building full-stack web apps using Javascript frameworks

- Expert knowledge in software engineering and architectural best practices

- Proven ability to deliver in a flexible, truly agile, quickly-changing environment

- Ability to effectively and independently seek out new ways of solving unique problems

- Excellent interpersonal, team and communication skills

- Committed to high quality, efficient, and sustainable product development practices

- Passion for excellence in customer product experience and application security

- Ability to mentor team members and cultivate a culture of expertise.

Technical Experience :

- Experience with and strong working knowledge of JavaScript-based web frameworks and technologies (NodeJS, Express, Typescript, Vue, Vuetify)

- Working knowledge of database technologies (SQL, SQL Server, SQLite, document, key/value, Azure SQL DB etc)

- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred, AWS)

- Proficiency with Agile work management software and tools (Azure DevOps)

- Proven ability to take product problems and convert them to valuable technical solutions
