Role Description :

As a Senior Back-End Developer at Ease Commerce, you will design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications that power our CRM platform. This full-time, on-site role based in Indore involves architecting APIs, optimizing database structures, and ensuring secure, high-performance integrations with front-end interfaces and third-party services.

You will review code, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with product, QA, and front-end teams to deliver robust features and enhancements. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, troubleshooting production issues, improving system reliability, and contributing to technical decision-making and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs primarily using Node.js.

- Contribute to building scalable and efficient applications.

- Work with frontend teams where required to support full stack development needs.

Code Quality & Collaboration :

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to improve code quality.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.

Problem Solving & Debugging :

- Troubleshoot and debug application issues.

- Optimize performance and improve reliability of backend systems.

Security & Best Practices :

- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure secure access to applications.

- Follow security and development best practices across services.

Required Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Node.js development.

- Experience with any one of the Node.js frameworks : Fastify, Express, or NestJS.

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Background in designing scalable architectures for SaaS or CRM products is highly beneficial.

- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
