Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain scalable, high-quality UI components using React.js

- Translate product requirements and design mockups into responsive, performant web applications

- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end features

- Optimize applications for maximum performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner

- Contribute to improving frontend architecture, tooling, and development processes

Required Experience :

- 3- 4 years of experience in frontend development with strong focus on React.js

- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API)

- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration with backend services

- Experience with version control systems like Git

- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

- Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)

- Other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience :

- Experience with TypeScript

- Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite)

- Experience with performance optimization and lazy loading techniques

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

- Understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
