Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Dynatrace Specialist with strong expertise in application performance monitoring and observability solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in configuring, optimizing, and integrating Dynatrace to deliver proactive monitoring, analytics, and system health insights across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and manage application performance monitoring within Dynatrace.

- Set up and maintain anomaly detection profiles, alerting rules, and alert profiles.

- Implement and manage synthetic monitoring to track availability and performance.

- Configure log monitoring and analyze logs for performance or error insights.

- Implement and optimize Real User Monitoring (RUM) to capture and analyze end-user experience for both web and mobile applications.

- Use Dynatrace Query Language (DQL) and Grail for advanced data exploration and analytics.

- Integrate Dynatrace with external systems via APIs in large, complex environments.

- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to enhance observability and performance optimization.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace design, configuration, and management.

- Proficiency in DQL, synthetic and RUM setup, and alerting configuration.

- Good understanding of application performance monitoring principles.

- Experience integrating Dynatrace with third-party tools or APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Dynatrace Certification is a strong advantage.

Preferred Experience :

- Prior experience in application monitoring, observability, or APM tools in enterprise-scale environments.

- Exposure to DevOps or cloud monitoring practices.
