Job Title : Dynatrace Administrator

Experience : 6 to 8 Years

Job Description :

- Administer, configure, and maintain Dynatrace (Managed/SaaS) environments

- Install, upgrade, and manage Dynatrace OneAgent across Linux, Windows, and containerized platforms

- Configure monitoring for applications, infrastructure, databases, services, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Set up alerts, notifications, tagging, management zones, and problem notifications

- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for application and infrastructure performance

- Perform root cause analysis using Dynatrace AI (Davis) and provide actionable insights

- Work closely with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to resolve performance and availability issues

- Optimize monitoring coverage and reduce noise through alert tuning and best practices

- Support capacity planning, SLA monitoring, and availability reporting

Internal :

- Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools (ServiceNow), CI/CD pipelines, and other monitoring tools

- Ensure compliance with security, access control, and governance standards

- Provide L2/L3 support and mentor junior team members

Required Skills to be successful in this role :

- 6 to 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on Dynatrace administration

- Strong knowledge of Dynatrace architecture, OneAgent, ActiveGate, and cluster management

- Good understanding of APM concepts, distributed tracing, and performance metrics

- Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows system administration

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Knowledge of container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) is a plus

- Experience with scripting (Shell, Python, or PowerShell)

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/problem management
