MS Dynamics Developer

Duration : 6-month contract-to-hire or extend

Location : Remote in India

Notice Period : Maximum 4 weeks

Shift : US-based hours (4:00 AM - 1:30 PM EST)

Job Summary :

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join a Contact Center team. This role is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent position. You'll be working on a customer engagement web-based application that streamlines communication between agents and customers.


The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly its Customer Service Workspace and Customer Engagement modules. You should be a proactive developer who can handle a mix of new development and issue resolution independently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Development : Take ownership of new development tasks, contributing to a customer engagement web application that supports multiple communication channels (chat, SMS, email, etc.).

- Troubleshooting : Dedicate half of your time to triaging issues and performing regression testing to ensure the application's stability.

- Collaboration : Work within an agile environment, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality code and solutions.

- Tooling : Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and the Power Platform to build and maintain the application.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ years of experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a specific focus on Customer Service Workspace (CSW) and/or Customer Engagement (CE).

- Core Skills : Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript.

- Platform Expertise : Hands-on experience with Power Apps, the Power Platform, and Canvas Apps.

- USD : Experience working with Unified Service Desk (USD).

- Workstyle : The ability to work independently across the technology stack and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Omnichannel : Experience with Microsoft's Omnichannel for Customer Service (chat, SMS, email, etc.).

- Cloud : Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

- Methodology : Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
