Role : Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (Contract)
Job Summary :
Squash Apps is seeking a highly experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Professional for a contract, remote role. This key position requires a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 8+ years of experience (or 6+ years with a Graduate degree) in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management, optimization, and strategic development of CRM systems, with a strong focus on technical solution design, implementation, and team leadership in an agile delivery environment, leveraging your deep technical knowledge in .NET and SQL Server technologies.
Core Responsibilities :
CRM Solution Design and Development :
- Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related Microsoft Technologies, leading complex scoping efforts.
- Execute the deep background tasks of installation, setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of CRM solutions, using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft SureStep methodology.
- Build CRM forms, screens, and views, workflows, and reports for the user interface.
- Develop custom solutions utilizing .NET Technologies (C#, .NET Framework 3.5 and higher, WCF, MSMQ, Windows Services).
- Design and manage database interactions using SQL Server 2008 and higher, Reporting Services, and SSIS.
- Advocate the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to improve straight-through processes, controls, and reporting across the organization.
Project Leadership and Management :
- Lead a team during all steps of the project, including carrying out the solution design of the system and supervising assigned technical tasks.
- Assist in the management of assigned projects, assuring target dates are achieved and quality is maintained.
- Develop and deliver reports, briefs, presentations, and project schedules to key project stakeholders.
- Serve as a contributing member of a cross-functional, agile delivery team.
Integration and Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Work closely with Business Service Managers, IT Business Service Analysts, and business partners in managing day-to-day issues, identifying process improvement opportunities, and designing solutions.
- Demonstrate a talent for connecting with onshore and offshore teams to facilitate project work.
- Apply working knowledge of enterprise integration and third-party enterprise integration tools (e.g., Scribe, WebSphere, Informatica).
Domain and Process Expertise :
- Possess a strong domain understanding of CRM in multiple industries, including Banking and Insurance, Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare, Government, and Public Sector.
- Develop strategies to improve customer relationships and ensure the CRM system effectively supports core business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience : Undergraduate degree and 8+ years, or Graduate degree and 6+ years, as a technical SME in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- CRM Technical Stack : Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM installation, setup, configuration, and implementation.
- Development Stack : Strong hands-on experience with .NET Technologies (C#, WCF, Windows Services, MSMQ).
- Database/BI : Proficiency with SQL Server 2008 and higher, Reporting Services (SSRS), and SSIS.
- Methodology : Deep background using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft SureStep methodology.
- Agile Certification : Scrum Master Certificate is required.
Preferred Skills :
- Previous experience Project Managing a MS Dynamics CRM implementation.
- Working knowledge of enterprise integration tools (e.g., Scribe, WebSphere, Informatica).
- Strong domain experience in Banking and Insurance sectors.
