About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer / Technical Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

Youll collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance ERP solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and integrations within Dynamics 365 F&O using X++, .NET, and related technologies.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Implement and manage data migration, integration, and extension frameworks within Dynamics 365.

- Develop and optimize custom reports, workflows, and extensions in alignment with Microsoft best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to performance, integrations, and customization.

- Support environment management, version control, and deployment activities.

- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O updates, tools, and trends, ensuring alignment with modern development practices.

- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and technical solution design discussions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 F&O / AX development.

- Strong proficiency in X++, .NET, C#, SQL Server, and related Microsoft technologies.

- Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services), Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Data Entities.

- Understanding of financial modules, supply chain, or other core F&O modules.

- Familiarity with extensions over overlayering, adhering to Microsofts recommended architecture.

- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
