Position : Dynamics 365 Support Resource

Exp Level : 5 years of experience

Location : Visakhapatnam/Vizag

Shift Timings : 6:00PM IST to 3:00AM IST (Night Shift)

Skills : Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL, Power BI,

Overview :

Provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring smooth business operations across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and related modules.

Responsibilities :

- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues in Dynamics 365 F&O.

- Support finance and supply chain users with configuration and data validation.

- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with developers for customizations.

- Manage user access, workflows, and role-based security.

- Perform regression and user acceptance testing for updates and new releases.

- Document system configurations and process flows.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules.

- Experience with SQL, Power BI, and LCS (Lifecycle Services).

- Understanding of ERP workflows and financial principles.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
