- Proven experience as a Technical Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform

- Expertise in Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Insights

- Strong background in Power Platform, Azure, and cloud-based architectures

- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and enterprise integration technologies

- Experience leading technical teams and large-scale implementations
