Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Technical Developer with 6+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the design, customization, and integration of Dynamics CE/CRM solutions. This role requires a strong technical background in the .NET/C# stack, a deep understanding of the Power Platform, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services to build robust, scalable business applications and integrations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and customize complex Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions, leveraging core functionalities and custom extensions built with C#, Plugins, Custom APIs, and JavaScript.
- Design and implement end-to-end business solutions that seamlessly leverage the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages, to automate workflows and create custom applications.
- Architect, build, and maintain secure and performant integrations between Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and external systems using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Ensure all code adheres to best practices for quality, security, and performance optimization, actively participating in code reviews and a continuous improvement culture.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other developers to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Core Experience :
- 6+ years of hands-on technical development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Expertise in D365 CE/CRM customization and development, including a strong understanding of the platform's architecture and data model.
Technical Proficiency :
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
- Deep experience with JavaScript, Plugins, Custom APIs, and Workflows.
- Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Practical experience with key Azure services for integration and serverless development.
Problem-Solving :
- Exceptional debugging, troubleshooting, and integration skills to resolve complex technical issues.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Familiarity with other Microsoft products and services (SharePoint, Office 365).
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure).
