Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Dynamics 365 (CRM) with strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure, and C#, .Net web APIs.


This role demands a strong understanding of existing applications along with hands-on experience in integrating and customizing Dynamics CRM in cloud-native environments.

Core Skills Required :

- Dynamics 365 CE/CRM : Hands-on experience working on D365 Configurations and Customizations, plug-ins, Custom workflows, OOB Capabilities (D365 Customer Service Module, Omnichannel, Unified Routing) .

- Power Platform : Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Copilot Studio Agents Customizations, and development.

- Microsoft Azure : Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, KeyVaults, Synapse workspace, Synapse Pipeline.

- .NET &C# : Web API Development.

- Client-Side Scripting : TypeScript development.

- DevOps : CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

- Data Migration : Hands-on experience working on Data migration tools like Kingswaysoft tool, Configuration migration, Scribe Power platform Dataflows etc.

- Test Automation : Experience working on Selenium framework for D365 test automation with C#.

- Support & Maintenance : Production issue troubleshooting and resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

- Customize and configure CRM applications to meet business needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other business systems via Azure services.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Stay updated on the latest CRM features and best practices.
