Job Description
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer (Customer engagement, sales, marketing and customer service, good to have power pages experience)
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Work across Customer engagement, sales, marketing and customer service
- Develop Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Custom APIs.
- Leverage Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
- Apply strong C# skills with Object-Oriented Programming and Domain-Driven Design.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft Dataverse and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Web Apps).
- Lead or participate in 3 4 full-cycle CRM implementations.
- Handle Dynamics 365 Customer Service Omnichannel (Voice/Telephony integration).
- Ensure high-quality communication with internal teams and clients.
