Job Title : Dynamics 365 Automation Tester (MS CRM Tester)

Location : Bangalore (Preferred) / Gurgaon (Secondary)

Work Mode : Hybrid (2 days WFO)

Experience : 6+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications (2015365 versions).

- Perform automation testing using Java, Maven, TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD) with Selenium.

- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to define testing requirements and ensure coverage.

- Conduct database integration testing, validate stored procedures, triggers, and data replication across multiple environments.

- Drive defect management and prioritization, ensuring proper traceability and resolution.

- Utilize JIRA, Xray, and Confluence to manage testing lifecycle and documentation.

- Ensure smooth execution of tests through CI/CD pipelines and work in Agile/DevOps environments.

- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java, JUnit, TestNG, Maven, Cucumber (BDD), and Selenium.

- Proficiency in automation testing frameworks and tools like UiPath Test Automation (preferred).

- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like GitLab.

- Experience with defect management, requirement traceability, and test documentation.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have (Optional Skills) :

- Knowledge of performance testing and additional automation frameworks.
