Job Description :

As a Scrum Master, you will guide and mentor cross-functional teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile principles.

With your expertise in Agile methodologies, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure the successful delivery of projects, helping the team remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).

- Ensure effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and management.

- Guide teams in adhering to Agile principles and maintaining a high level of productivity and performance.

- Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure clear user stories.

- Identify, track, and remove any obstacles or blockers to ensure smooth project execution.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within teams.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 7 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a Scrum Master or Project Manager role.

- Proven experience in managing Agile projects and coaching teams on Scrum practices.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
