Your mission :

- Architect the Agentic Orchestration layer the nervous system that ensures one agent knows what another is doing, and can autonomously trigger the next action.

- Lead a killer team by examplejump into code, ship product, pull 24/7 hackathons when needed.

- Scale a modular ecosystem of agents that plug in seamlessly and deliver outcomes autonomously.

What Youll Do :

- Agentic Orchestration : Architect the brain of OMAP: a cross-agent system where outcomes cascade and trigger new actions without manual stitching.

- Vision & Strategy : Define and execute the AI roadmap for OMAP, balancing speed with enterprise-grade scale.

- AI & Platform Development : Deploy, fine-tune, and scale LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and modular SaaS systems.

- Hands-On Leadership : Hire, mentor, and lead by building. No ivory towers. You code, you ship, you win.

- Innovation Edge : Continuously test and adopt new AI models, stacks, and tools before others even know they exist.

- Global Collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with US leadership, clients, and investors to make Ahmedabad the Silicon Valley of AI outcomes.

What Were Looking For :

- 10+ years in tech, with 5+ years in AI/GenAI/SaaS leadership.

- Proven record of shipping products end-to-endnot just research, not just theory.

- Deep hands-on expertise with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral), orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.), multimodal AI, vector DBs, and MLOps.

- Experience scaling platforms on AWS/GCP/Azure with robust CI/CD and DevOps practices.

- A talent magnetbuilders follow you because you inspire, not because of a title.

- Bonus if youve lived in the fitness/wellness or membership SaaS world.
