Role Overview :

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, enhancing, and scaling our products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications using modern Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and front-end frameworks.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Java (8+) and Spring Boot.

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs for secure and efficient communication.

- Architect and implement end-to-end features including UI, backend, and database layers.

- Write reusable, efficient front-end code using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React/Angular.

- Lead integration with internal services and third-party APIs.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

- Design relational database schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data workflows (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle).

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving engineering practices.

Required Technical Skills :

- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer in a product or enterprise environment.

- Expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST API development.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

- Strong understanding of architectural patterns including MVC, Microservices, SOA, etc.

- RDBMS experience : MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.

- Strong understanding of scalability, performance tuning, and secure coding practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with modern front-end frameworks : React / Angular.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Version Control (Git).

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
