Key Responsibilities :
ServiceNow Quality Assurance :
- Create and maintain test cases/ scripts for manual and automated testing.
- Create, maintain, evolve the test concept of the team.
- Perform Functional, System Integration, Regression, Performance tests.
- Design and develop automated tests in the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) application.
- Document, troubleshoot, clearly communicate and follow-up on all issues/defects/findings that are encountered during the performance and execution of manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate and work closely with developers and Product Owners to design specific testing strategies for the features being developed and automate them.
- Collaborate with other teams to design common testing strategies and consult/support them for UAT/ End-to-End tests.
- Following the idea of "Communities of Practice".
- Provide ideas to improve testing and ensure high quality of software artifacts.
- Collaborate with the whole agile team, coach, provide guidance and assist to upskill the colleagues for a cross-functional and agile way of working.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, assessing and estimating requirements.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years experience of manual and automated testing in ServiceNow.
- Experience working in an agile software development and software quality assurance environment.
- Experience in modern engineering practices, e.g DevOps, CI/CD, automation, APIs.
- One or more ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified System Administrator (CSA),.Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eagerness for self-development, strive for quality, problem solving skills, reliable and thorough personality and a good sense of humor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Optionally :
- ISTQB Certified Tester.
- Knowledge of telecom-specific service delivery practices and processes.
- Experience with the Telemanagement Forum (TMF) Open APIs.
