Durapid Technologies - ServiceNow Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the telco business and preferably in B2B.

- Understanding of wireline connectivity, networks, BSS and OSS concepts.

- Strong knowledge of portfolio management, business process modelling, and requirement engineering.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and tools such as Jira or Confluence.

- Ability to work across multiple domains (IT, process, and business) with an end-to-end perspective.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluency in English; German is an advantage.

Key Qualifications :

- At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar role in telecom industry projects.

- Knowledge and experience about telco B2B business and wireline connectivity will be Preferred.

- Experience in delivering end to end ServiceNow solutions is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with telecom specific challenges such as order management service delivery and operational efficiencies in B2B contexts.

- Hands on experience working with international stakeholders particularly in Germany or Europe.

- Excellent stakeholder management collaboration and communication skills.

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Telecommunications or a related field.

- Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
