About The Role :

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer proficient in Blue Prism and automation workflows to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SaaS integrations and ITSM-based applications (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, etc.) and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism.

- Integrate automation workflows with SaaS and ITSM platforms.

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Ensure scalability and maintainability of automation scripts and bots.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end automation solutions.

- Monitor and troubleshoot existing bots for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as an RPA Developer.

- Strong expertise in Blue Prism (certification preferred).

- Experience with API integration and workflow automation across SaaS and ITSM tools.

- Understanding of automation best practices, governance, and security.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).

- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).

- Experience working in Agile environments.
