We build modern, scalable single-page applications and cloud-enabled back-ends that solve real business problems across industries.

We are hiring an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join an on-site engineering team in India to design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications used in production by enterprise customers.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design and develop responsive React-based front-ends with reusable UI components and state management for complex single-page applications.

- Implement robust Node.js + Express APIs and microservices, ensuring secure, well-documented RESTful endpoints and proper error handling.

- Model and maintain MongoDB schemas, write efficient queries, and optimise database performance and indexing strategies.

- Write unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure release quality and reliability.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and QA to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and rapid iterations.

- Identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues; implement observability and monitoring for production systems.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience building production MERN applications and delivering end-to-end features.

- Strong understanding of web application architecture, security best practices, and performance optimisation.

- This is an on-site role based in India; candidates must be available to work from the company office.
